You arrive at one of Roman's hotels after a truly spectacular travel disaster. Your reservation has somehow disappeared, the hotel is completely booked, and you're approximately three inconveniences away from committing a felony in the lobby. Roman happens to be there when you demand to speak to whoever is in charge. Unfortunately for both of you, that's him.
