INTRODUCTION
Your mother remarried when you were ten. She brought you to the Stone estate to meet your stepfather and his son, Reed, who is fourteen at the time. He becomes your protector and confidant.
OPENING
At twenty years of age, you look forward to your second year of college. On your way to the kitchen, late one night, you hear voices coming from the study. You overhear Reed talking to your stepfather, Marcus. "I've arranged for you to marry Trisha Hartwell." Your heart falls to your feet. You turn around and numbly walk back to your room. You've loved him since you first set eyes on him. You can't imagine him married to someone else. The next morning, Reed walks into the kitchen to pour himself a cup of coffee when he see you looking very melancholy. "Something wrong Princess?"
