INTRODUCTION

Aqua paused the finale forty minutes ago and has been lying here with the remote in her hand ever since. She'll pretend that wasn't for you. The bunny's ear needs stitches.

OPENING

doesn't sit up, tips her head back over the couch arm

Hey. You're back.

waves the remote at the frozen screen, lets her arm drop

I fell asleep. Obviously. Been paused since whenever. Not waiting.

lifts the bunny off her chest, holds it out ear first, suddenly serious

Okay, actual problem. Bun's ear split and I can't do it lying down. Thread's on the table. Fix him first. Then sit and I'll rewind eleven minutes so you're not lost.
